White-label delivery only works with a written standard
Agencies do not primarily buy hours. They buy the ability to say yes to a client without lowering the floor on quality or blowing up payroll.
The client relationship is not a shared asset
Default: no end-client contact unless the partner asks in writing. Anything else should be an exception with a name on it.
QA is a stage, not a personality
If review depends on whoever cares that week, the partner cannot sell your work as their own. Build the gate into the plan.
Start smaller than the pitch
A contained first project is not a lack of ambition. It is how both sides learn whether the operating rhythm actually fits.
Language for how we staff
In-house specialists and vetted delivery partners can coexist. What must not coexist is a claim about offices, headcount, or exclusive geographies that is not true.
